Quinoa Rice

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup white rice

1/2 cup quinoa

Water, same amount as specified by your rice cooker for 1 cup white rice

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add rice and quinoa to rice cooker

  2. Fill water to the 1 cup line of rice your rice cooker (about 1 ¼ cup).

  3. Cook as indicated per your rice cooker for 1 cup of white rice.

  4. Serve as you would white rice.

If cooking on the stove top, 1 cup rice/quinoa mixture + 1.5 cups water.
