Snack Style Lunch - Ham and Swiss Roll Up and Fruit Plate

INGREDIENTS

6 Triscuit crackers

1/2 cup red grapes

1/2 cucumber, sliced

3 ounces Sliced Ham, 45% less sodium, deli sliced (4 thin slices or 2 thick slices)

1 ounce Swiss cheese slices (2 cheese slices)

1/4 cup hummus

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and prepare cucumber and grapes.

  2. Lay 2 deli ham slices on a plate and 1 slice of cheese - roll up and repeat with remaining 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese.

  3. Serve altogether with crackers, grapes, cucumbers, and hummus
