INGREDIENTS
½ banana, frozen or fresh
½ cup pineapple, frozen
½ avocado
½ cup kale (or spinach), frozen
1 Tbsp chia seeds
8 cashews, raw
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
DIRECTIONS
Chop fruits.
Place all measured ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add water for a thinner consistency or add ice for a thicker consistency. Enjoy!
