Berry Parfait

INGREDIENTS
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries (or any berry; fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Kashi Go Breakfast Cereal, Toasted Berry Crisp
2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
DIRECTIONS
Top yogurt with berries, Kashi, and pumpkin seeds
Optional: warm up berries in the microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute
These can be prepped ahead of time: portion out the yougurt and top with berries. In a separate container (or use a container that has a divider) add in the cereal and pumpkin seeds so they stay crunchy. I’ve prepped these for the entire week and it makes weekday mornings a breeze!
